  Comfortable and spacious plane with wifi which made time pass quickly. The staff weren't pushy. Got charged for paying for refreshments on a UK card when they said I wouldn't.

  Well just about ok. Newish plane but cabin crew not very polished and unable to control what was a rowdy flight

  A very good plane and legroom. But 6 weeks before take off put the flights times back by nearly 3 hours which then made it a night flight. Very bad customer Service

  Always been satisfied with the service always had a good flight would love to fly with them again but at present seems they are not going to Lanzarote anymore and other canary flights are all transit
