  Four of my family members (along 30 other persons) couldn't travel due to overbooking. There was no assistance, help or information from the staff at the airport. Just that there is no more place on the plane and that check-in is closed. So they had to travel back home without knowing what's happening next. Will the company offer them another flight or re-routing? When? They are not sure if they can get back their money paid for tickets, at least. I was trying to call them but there is no answer.

  ci tenevo tantissimo a dare questa opinione in quanto sono stata trattata da incivile da quegli (assistenti) della compania belleair.... La signora con i riccioli adetta all'assistenza di questa compania non mi ha datto alcuna spiegazione sul perchè per due minuti di ritardo sulla chiusura del chech-in non mi poteva far passare anche a me, visto che aveva appena chiuso..... nessuna spiegazione mi dispiace e si gira dall'altra parte.. mi scusi ma ho pagato 200 euro per questo viaggio e lei si vuole lavare la bocca con un mi dispiace..... se le dispiacesse mi farebbe passare visto che ha chiuso da 2 minuti appena....... insomma tra questo e altro sono stata trattata da m-..----- ignoranza totale, maleducazione ................... assistenza significa assistere i clienti nei loro bisogni e non girarli la schiena.... oltre ai prezzi esagerati dobbiamo subire anche la loro arroganza... vergogna..........

  PESSIMA, INGANNEVOLE E NEGLIGENTE! è la peggior compagnia con cui io abbia avuto a che fare in vita mia! non viaggiate con loro! il loro sito è ingannevole, perchè dopo aver effettuato la scelta della data, vi rifila in mezzo anche altre date, per cui se non fate molta attenzione, rischiate buttare i vostri soldi! il customer care telefonico risponde, ma non fa assolutamente niente per risolvere i problemi, mentre il servizio mail mi ha risposto il 6 marzo ad una mail del 16 febbraio, quindi aspettando che fosse passata la data del volo in modo da potersene lavare le mani! EVITATELA!!!

  Let me say from the very beginning that flying with this airline was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. Where should I start: I think they should be taken their license from the Albanian government away, due to their lack of professionalism, and put an end to this amateurs that you don't even manage to run a small shop. Being late, being rude, prices that change in the split of the second (who said they are cheap?), and above all they never deliver.
  Then again it perfect sense they are still in business due to corruption and because they are Albanian based ...
  
  The whole feeling when dealing with this company is that you are dealing with people who run a perfect scam.
  Wish your enemy to fly with these air pirates ...

  PESSIMA PESSIMA PESSIMA!!!! Ritardi a non finire. Ritardo di 4 ore da Roma a Tirana e più di 5 ore da Tirana a Roma(esperienza di un anno fa). Non contiamo i ritardi di mezz'ora e 1 ora che sono ormai normali sopratutto per le partenze da Roma. Nessuno da spiegazioni. Per ben 3 volte mi hanno cambiato orario di volo. I prezzi non hanno niente a che fare con il low cost. Biglietto andata e ritorno sempre sopra i 200 eur fatto quasi sempre con 2 mesi di anticipo. La sconsiglio assolutamente.
