  Este verano he tomado 4 vuelos de esta compañía y ha sido un suplicio. Ninguno ha sido puntual y para colmo perdí una conexión por su culpa y no se hicieron cargo, por lo que tuve que pagar otro vuelo. He sido usuario de Tigerair que es otra low cost y, al contrario que Air Asia, fueron muy puntuales y nos atendieron bastante mejor que en esta. Sí hay alternativa, no recomiendo para nada Air Asia.
