  Will rip you off on carry on luggage.
  Baggage ok at Luton but on return from Budapest had to pay £44 excess fee, seems i was not the only one to caught with this scam. If you can book Easyjet or Ryanair

  WIZZAIR. Ne intoarcem de la Munchen (Memmingen) la Bucuresti. Cu check-in-urile printate, ne prezentam la aeroport. Trecem de controlul bagajelor, controlul pasapoartelor, ajungem in sala de imbarcare. Trec 20 de minute dupa ora la care ar fi trebuit sa decolam. Asta nu e nou, ca se pleaca si se ajunge ca-n autogara la Cucuiata. Insa prin megafonul gajait ne anunta ca suntem rugati sa ne prezentam la poarta de imbarcare 3. Surpriza! Prin poarta respectiva suntem dirijati nu in avion, ci la parter, de unde am intrat in aeroport. Zborul a fost ANULAT fara sa fie vreme rea (22 octombrie 2012) si fara sa ni se spuna NIMIC. Daca vrem, ne putem aseza la o coada maaaaare (ca doar suntem toti care ar fi trebuit sa urcam in avion)sa ne facem rezervari la urmatorul zbor peste 4 ZILE!!! Asta daca avem noroc si prindem locuri :), mai faceau si misto de noi. De ce? Ce s-a intamplat? Nimeni nu ne spune nimic. Doar sa stam la coada sa ne facem rezervare peste 4 zile sau o saptamana.... Dar noi am fost deja in vacanta, nu mai avem bani si nici timp sa mai stam acolo atata vreme! Ce ne facem? Zborul anulat? Pai peste 2 ore trebuia sa fim in BUcuresti, acasa! Da telefoane, bine ca avem roamingul activ si abonament, sa nu ni se termine creditul! Dar cei care nu au bani sa se duca sa dea 280 de euro de pers pt biletul de Tarom care zborul care peste 3 ore, ce fac?! Nu ma mai intereseaza, la Tarom spun ca mai sunt doar 4 bilete, si, intr-adevar vad peste 2 ore pe site caca nu mai sunt bilete! Ce ati face daca Wizzul minunat pe care ati dat bani mai mult sau mai putini va anunta ca zborul este ANULAT la 20 de minute dupa ora la care ar fi trebuit sa plecati?
  Pe langa asta, la telefon Wizz-ii zic ca imi pot da alt bilet pt alt zbor... Pai daca nu am putut sa merg cu zborul pe care l-am cumparat, cum sa imi mai iau alt bilet? Ok, facem reclamatie. Iar acolo imi raspund (e adevarat, au raspuns!) ca zborul fusese anulat cu 7 zile inainte!!! Pai din moment ce ne-au ushuit din sala de imbarcare, dupa checkin si control pasapoarte, cum poti sa spui ca s-au anulat cu 7 zile inainte???? Fratilor, gasiti-va alta companie low-cost. Sau daca va asumati riscuri de-astea luati-va banuti in buzunar suficienti pt hotel in plus ssi bilet cu alta companie, sa fiti siguri!

  Am gasit pe internet, declaratia unei fete de 26 ani din Spania, care spunea ca a trait pe viu turbulente foarte puternice ,in luna mai 2011, la bordul unui avion al companiei Wizz Air.
  
  In sept 2011 am trait si eu aceleasi turbulente de cosmar, calatorind tot cu Wizz Air.
  
  In plus, la urcare din Bucuresti, am constatat ca in interiorul avionului nu se aspirase de cel putin o saptamina.
  
  Vinzatoarele, obraznice, nepoliticoase.
  
  Am cumparat ceva de rontait , dar ajungind acasa am constatat ca imi trecusera pe bon si o sticla de apa pe care nici nu o comandasem , nici nu mi-au servit-o.
  
  Bonusul lor.
  
  Concluzia: am renuntat la aceasta companie cu care zburam de cind a intrat pe piata.
  
  Iar domnisoara cu OP-urile , si istoria aceea complicata, a facut o mare greseala.
  
  Trebuia sa faca reclamatie la protectia cumparatorului de la Comisia Europeana, care are reprezentanta si in Bucuresti, si ar fi cistigat chiar si daune.
  
  Nu trebuie lasati sa-si bata joc de noi, deoarece obraznicia lor nu are limite, in conditiile in care ei se imbogatesc pentru ca noi existam.
  
  Daca am face si noi clientii o greva de 2 saptamini, oare cum s-ar simti toti acesti obraznici?
  
  Dar sa fie o greva anuntata , stabilita pe internet, si sa declaram si motivul, adica, nemultumiti de tratamentul care ni se aplica peste tot, inclusiv in aeroporturi , la controale, unde sintem tratati ca prezumtivi infractori.
  
  Cine e dispus sa declare greva pasagerilor?
