  I’ve flown Southwest for many years. The flight attendants are always friendly, helpful and professional. The seats are reasonably comfortable and I’ve never had a problem finding space for my carry-on. I especially appreciate that the price of the ticket is the final price. Southwest doesn’t nickel and dime you with a bunch of extra fees. There is no meal service, just drinks and snacks, but I always bring my own food. It’s easy to bring a sandwich or salad, for example. The other thing I like is that they take off on time and land on time. I often recommend Southwest to family and friends and it is always my first choice when I fly.

  Viviendo en Nueva York tuve la oportunidad de escaparme de la rutina y visitar Miami. Como toda Buena escapade, fue algo de ultimo minuto. Entre las opciones disponibles South West Airlines me ofrecio los precios mas economicos y el servicio fue impeccable. Compre mi tiquete de avion en linea, lo imprimi, y lo unico que tuveque hacer fue llegar a la puerta de salida de mi vuelo y ya, asi de facil. No senti la distancia entre Nueva York y Miami. De regreso todo fue igual. Excelente servicio.
