  Compagnia incompetente e priva di assistenza ai suoi passeggeri in caso di disservizi. Il giorno 10/01/2017 ha letteralmente abbandonato tutti i passeggeri della tratta Dubai-Istanbul (cancellata a causa di maltempo) all'aeroporto di Dubai, senza la minima assistenza e senza tentare minimamente di rimediare al disagio creato.
  Nessuno è stato avvisato preventivamente della cancellazione del volo (sebbene in aeroporto ne fossero al corrente già da tempo): non una mail, un sms o una chiamata.
  Arrivati all'aeroporto di Dubai l'unica cosa che abbiamo trovato è stato un foglio A4 con scritto "il vostro volo è stato cancellato a causa di maltempo. Per assistenza contattare il numero XXXX": al numero fornito non ha mai risposto nessuno!!!! Ed in aeroporto a Dubai è impossibile trovare un membro dello staff di Pegasus (all’infopoint dell’aeroporto ci hanno confermato che è sempre così).
  
  Abbiamo dovuto risolverci la situazione da soli: ci siamo comperati un altro volo ed oltre a questo abbiamo dovuto spendere molti altri soldi per pagarci il soggiorno di una notte a Dubai, i pasti, i trasporti ecc. Senza contare che siamo rientrati con 3 giorni di ritardo.
  
  Come noi, tanti altri passeggeri shockati da questo atteggiamento di noncuranza e incompetenza totale.
  State alla larga da questa compagnia, non si meritano i vostri soldi, nemmeno un centesimo!!!!!

  Good airline but they must inform people of flight time change instead of letting people turn up hours before flight, luckily I found out by chance!

  Pegasus est vraiment de l'arnaque ! Sur le billet est inscrit modifiable, mais Pegasus n'accepte pas de modification.
  Il a une véritable violation et non respect du contrat.

  Am circulat cu Pegasus de mai multe ori. Am cumparat biletele online, fara nici o problema. Avioanele sunt clasicele 737 sau Airbus 320, iar personalul de bord e foarte ok. Nu mai tin minte cum erau preturile la bord pt ca nu am cumparat niciodata nimic.
