Disappointed flying from Johannesburg to Lubumbashi

Huge disappointment for Korongo Airlines!
Poor service, poor communication!
Bought a ticket from Johannesburg to Lubumbashi. Flight delayed 3 times, without giving customers any reason!! No compensation, no hotel, not even a discount.
I do not live in Africa, but I do business here, therefore I lost a lot of money!
Not flying with this airline anymore.
