4Our flight out from Belfast was faultless, everything went as planed, however our flight back from Malaga was not good, the Aerlingus computers where down and they had no back up plan for booking on customers to their flights, also there was no information. Only good thing was that we did just about get our flight.

App for phone and tablet poor.
Not being able to check in and save boarding pass to app inconvenient at best...look at easyjet and ryanair app and model. -

3Not the airline it used to be, cabin crew uninterested in passengers, customers packed in like sardines. Have been flying with them for over 50 years and steady decline continues. Pity!
