Very little leg room, could not recline seats as they had all been disabled so as to get more seats in. Toilets... only three for a 300 to 400 plane load of people. Lumber supports been removed again to get more people in. We are not stupid! Three toilets for all to share! Seats all worn out No in-flight entertainment on a 7 plus hour flight, all broken down. Terrible Terrible! Wish we had paid extra and gone with a better airline, they should be closed down through health and safety. Nightmare flight for us both ways.
Bought Canadian Affairs ticket ended up on Thomas Cook. Read the VERY fine print. TC is a cattle car carrier very little leg room or seat width & food was bad very cheap operation 6 toilets for 350 people. My be OK for short European holiday trip but over 7 - 8 hours to North America don't do it pay a few dollars extra and fly a regular scheduled airline. Both fight to and from the UK were over booked so you may not get on
An indirect flight: If there is no direct flight on your desired route and you have to change planes in order to reach your destination, you should take into consideration three very important "details".
The first one is that you should buy your flight tickets separately, as if there were two different journeys. It may therefore happen that the sum you must pay for the tickets of your indirect flight, especially if you buy them shortly before the flight date, be almost equal to the price you would pay for a direct flight with a regular line. Check and compare prices well before buying!
Moreover, when arriving at the airport where need to change flights, you must collect your luggage yourself - as if your journey were over. Afterwards, you need to leave the airport security area, check-in for the second flight and go through the security check once again, before you board the second plane. Be extremely careful, this could sometimes take more than 3 hours!
Last but not least, if your first flight is late, the next one will not wait for you, even if it is operated by the same airline. That is due to the low cost companies' policy stating that flights are independent from one another. They are not responsible for your losing the onward flights, no matter what.
