  You get what you pay for.Staff a little messy looking and over worked. Lack of enthusiasm from the majority .

  Efficient but in my experience when I requested special assistance for my fellow travellers they sit them alone and put me down the other end of the plane so I had to keep going up and down the plane to ensure my friend got help when they needed it! Other airlines automatically do this and when I complained they said I should have requested it at booking! Later I checked their rules and they say that companions will be seated next to the disabled person!

  I'm a regular Ryanair passenger. On the whole, it's a good service. No frills but gets you there just fine. They lose a star for the poor boarding practices.
